Private Client Services
Group Mat Classes. Offered throughout the week in our own private studio or at one of our growing list of external locations.
Private and Semi Pilates Classes. Offered throughout the week on the mat and machine, in our own private studio, at external locations or in the privacy of your own home.
Thearapies and Consultations. Offered throughout the week in our own private studio, at your own home or at an arranged location.

Corporate Services
All services are offered on site at your office, or at a suitable selected location to suit your company
