Our bodies have natural detoxification processes that are going on at all times through the respiratory, gastrointestinal, urinary, dermal, and lymphatic systems, but often this is not enough to sufficiently rid our bodies of the overwhelming toxic buildup.

- Two specialised Nutrition and Detox consultations (before and after Detox)
- A three week Detox eating program with optional meal home delivery
- Optional daily visits for exercise and sauna (one hour)
