method refers to the various programs that bring benefits to the

The Parry Pilates training method contains several components:
- Group and private weekly plates and yogalates classes
for all employees
- Classroom and/or private interactive assessment (analysis of mental,
emotional and physical fitness as well as core strength)
- Class room interactive Training (worksheet, role-playing, projects etc)
- Gym room training (gentle movement – only mats are necessary)
- Optional follow-up sessions and workshops
- A 3/5/7/10 day option which can include many different modules
relating to motivational and inspirational training, nutrition
awareness, lifestyle and life coaching and core conditioning physical
training
